The Start
We met in 2007, attended our first World Dog Show in 2008 and were joined by our first two Australian Shepherds in 2009. In 2009 we were granted our affix, an anagram of our names, by The Malta Kennel Club and The Maltese National Canine Federation. 2010 and 2011 were spent campaigning our foundation bitch around Europe and eventually we bred our first litter in 2012. The following ten years were spent showing and breeding Australian Shepherds, a breed we have very much at heart and in which we had considerable success. We bred local, foreign and international champions as well as Best in Show winners.
The Lowchen
During Covid, we crossed paths with the Lowchen breed. We met the most incredible breeders and went on a waiting list. 3 years later our very first lowchen joined our crew. She filled a space we didn’t know we had and I can honestly say, we are now hooked on the breed.
The Goals
We do not breed often. Since breeding our very first litter, we have always aimed at producing puppies that are healthy and sound in both type & temperament. While Australian Shepherds will always be a part of our household and the occasional litter is not excluded, our focus is now the Lowchen breed. We hope to be as successful in this breed as we have been over the years with our Aussies.
